Job Summary: The Occupational Safety professional will engage in environmental and occupational risk prevention, ensuring legal compliance and promoting a safe working environment in the dairy industry. Founded by a traditional family of dairy producers and cheesemakers, its journey has been built upon strong customer relationships, investments in new production facilities, and continuous innovation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Implement and monitor environmental and occupational risk prevention programs in accordance with current legislation * Conduct safety inspections in operational, administrative, and worksite areas * Ensure proper use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE), as well as correct execution of tasks * Identify unsafe acts and conditions, proposing improvements to processes, work methods, and equipment operation * Support the redefinition of operational controls focused on accident and occupational disease prevention * Plan, organize, and monitor mandatory training (NRs), CIPA, and Emergency Brigade * Collaborate with involved departments on ESG initiatives, focusing on health, safety, and environmental risks * Support the Legal Department in labor-related matters concerning Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) * Develop, update, and manage legal and technical Occupational Safety documents * Monitor safety indicators and prepare reports to support decision-making **Prerequisites:** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety, with active registration * Prior experience in this role, preferably in industrial or operational environments * Solid knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) and OHS legislation * Intermediate Excel proficiency for controls, indicators, and reporting * Experience with Occupational Health and Safety management systems * Experience with Protheus will be considered an advantage **What We Offer:** Transportation Allowance Meal Allowance or Food Allowance – R$ 35.00/day Medical Insurance (extended to dependents) Dental Insurance (extended to dependents) B.E.M Program – Well-being, Balance, and Movement (TotalPass, health and wellness campaigns) S.O.M.O.S Program – Diversity & Inclusion V.I.V.A – Birthday Day-off Scholarships for undergraduate and graduate studies Conexa health and well-being platform.
