Occupational Safety Technician

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a professional committed to promoting health, safety, and sustainability in the corporate environment to join our team! Work location: **Camaçari/BA** Working hours: ***12:00 PM to 10:00 PM*** ***Main responsibilities:*** * Support the implementation and execution of Health, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), and Environmental Management policies; * Conduct systematic inspections of company facilities to identify risks and propose preventive actions; * Develop and deliver OSH and sustainability training; * Conduct onboarding for new employees and educational campaigns; * Plan, execute, and monitor SIPAT (Internal Accident Prevention Week) and other awareness initiatives; * Prepare reports, procedures, and performance indicators for the area; * Investigate accidents and incidents and propose corrective measures; * Monitor appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE); * Support development of the Risk Assessment Program (PGR) and annual accident map; * Conduct Fire Brigade and Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) training. ***Mandatory requirements:*** * **Reside in Camaçari/BA;** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Minimum of 6 months of experience in the role. ***Preferred qualifications:*** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety Engineering; * Specialization in Environmental Management.
