We would be delighted to receive your application and learn more about your career and professional journey. **Position Details:** Control, plan, and execute the Risk Management Program (PGR) in accordance with NR-01, and the Occupational Health Program (PCMSO), issuing periodic medical examination forms before their expiration and analyzing discrepancies. Develop, publicize, and promote the Annual Internal Occupational Safety Week (SIPAT) annually, as well as elections for new members of the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA). Ensure all mandatory training for the operational base is up to date, along with all required documentation. Develop a Base Occupational Safety Management Program, including a schedule for fire safety drills and fire system tests, aimed at ensuring employee well-being and physical integrity, raising awareness, and demonstrating safe work practices. Maintain updated records of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) entry and exit, ensure adequate stock of required equipment, and verify that employees use PPE while performing their duties. Update monthly statistical safety data regarding accidents and absences. Control and maintain validity of licenses required for business operations, such as AVCB (Fire Prevention Certificate), operating license, IBAMA license, etc. Conduct periodic inspections of PPE, collective protective equipment (CPE), emergency vehicle kits, fire extinguishers, hydrants (building, yard, and equipment). Ensure internal awareness promotion among all direct employees regarding best practices and legislation related to occupational safety, as well as environmental aspects and impacts caused by generated waste. Ensure effective environmentally appropriate disposal of company-generated waste and report performance of such waste disposal. Carry out pest control at the company (rodent and insect control), observing the validity periods of applications. Issue the Work Accident Report (CAT), reporting accident details in compliance with Social Security requirements.
