Occupational Safety Technician

Job Summary: An Occupational Safety professional to identify, assess, and control workplace risks and develop prevention programs, while guiding workers and monitoring continuous improvement actions. Key Highlights: 1. Active involvement in risk prevention and development of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) programs 2. Opportunity to guide and monitor continuous improvement actions 3. Collaboration with internal and external departments on occupational safety **Responsibilities:** * Identify, assess, and control workplace hazards, issuing technical opinions and guidance; * Develop prevention programs, the Risk Assessment Program (PGR), and other OHS documentation in coordination with the technical team; * Inform and guide workers, clients, and third parties regarding hazards and preventive measures; * Monitor SIPATs (Internal Occupational Health and Safety Week), projects, inspections, accident statistics, and continuous improvement actions; * Conduct site visits, collaborate with internal and external departments, and prepare the Individual Occupational Profile (PPP) when required; **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Occupational Safety with active professional registration; * Prior experience in the field is desirable; * Solid knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Proactivity and conflict resolution skills; **Benefits:** Unimed Health Plan, Meal Allowance, Life Insurance **About the company:** Ambiental Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho identifies, assesses, and controls risk situations in public and private companies to provide a safer, healthier work environment compliant with Regulatory Standards (NR).
