Job Summary: Perform detailed visual inspections of pipelines, verify compliance with standards, apply non-destructive testing methods, and supervise repairs to ensure structural integrity. Key Highlights: 1. Perform detailed visual inspections of pipelines 2. Verify compliance with technical standards and safety regulations 3. Conduct non-destructive inspection (NDI) tests Perform detailed visual inspections of pipelines to identify signs of wear, corrosion, cracks, or any other damage that may compromise structural integrity; Verify that pipelines comply with technical standards, safety regulations, and international standards such as API, ASME, or sector-specific standards, ensuring operation within specified parameters; Conduct non-destructive inspection (NDI) tests—including ultrasonic testing, radiography, liquid penetrant testing, or magnetic particle testing—to assess internal and external pipeline conditions without compromising integrity; Supervise and ensure necessary repairs and maintenance are properly executed based on inspection results. This may include welding, replacement of damaged components, or application of protective coatings; Evaluate pipeline material conditions—such as steel, PVC, polyethylene, etc.—assessing resistance to corrosion, wear, and other environmental factors affecting durability; Document inspection results, including observed conditions, maintenance or repair recommendations, and prepare detailed technical reports for engineers and other responsible personnel; Safeguard resources entrusted to your responsibility Experience with pipelines and piping systems Compensation: R$6.000,00 - R$7.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
