Job Summary: The General Services Assistant performs industrial technical cleaning to preserve assets, ensure safety, and comply with regulations, as well as provide support to maintenance teams. Support to the maintenance team **Description:** ---------------- The General Services Assistant’s primary activity is cleaning to prevent forced deterioration, preserve assets, ensure employee safety, and comply with the company’s operational and environmental regulations. Must perform internal and external cleaning of machines, equipment, and paint booths (walls, pits, floors, exhaust systems, filters, water curtains, equipment, etc.), as well as provide support to maintenance teams. Perform technical cleaning of: Production machines and equipment. Manual and automatic paint booths. Exhaust systems, water curtains, fans, filters, and ducts. Remove paint residues, industrial dust, greases, and other contaminants using appropriate products and equipment. Disassemble and reassemble simple components when necessary for access and cleaning. Apply standardized technical cleaning procedures according to training and work instructions. Identify and report wear, anomalies, or operational failures during the cleaning process. Perform proper collection, segregation, and disposal of generated waste in accordance with environmental and safety regulations. Strictly comply with safety protocols, including use of PPE, and NR-33 (confined space) and NR-35 (work at heights) regulations, where applicable. Complete cleaning checklists and activity reports. Assist the maintenance team when required. **Requirements:** ----------------- Completed elementary education. Prior experience in industrial technical cleaning or maintenance is a plus. Basic knowledge of occupational safety and handling of industrial chemicals. Ability to follow standardized operating procedures (SOPs). Willingness to work in environments with paint, solvents, noise, and heat. Physical fitness for manual labor and varied working positions. Experience in cleaning automotive or industrial paint booths. Training courses in technical cleaning, industrial waste management, or similar topics. Certifications in NR-33 (confined space) and NR-35 (work at heights). Knowledge of 5S and safety, health, and environmental (SHE) practices. Availability to work on rotating shifts, on-call duty, and occasional overtime;
