If you resonate with our way of being, join our \#Simlovers team! **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, installation of printers, multifunction devices, notebooks, and computers at client sites. For printers and/or multifunction devices, provide technical support for low- and medium-volume black-and-white and color equipment; for desktops and notebooks of low-to-medium complexity, conduct diagnostics using manufacturer-provided tools. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed technical education in Electronics, Information Technology, or related fields **or** currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in IT or related areas; Hardware knowledge applicable to MPS environments, including training on low- and medium-volume (black-and-white and color) equipment; For SaaS roles, HP notebook and desktop training aligned with the company’s lineup and assignment environment is required; Basic technical English proficiency; Fundamental knowledge of connectivity, electricity, electronics, computing, and networks; 1–3 years of proven experience in printer maintenance. **Additional Information** Check out the benefits included in this journey: Profit Sharing (PLR): Above-market recognition, rewarding achievements built together.
