The team works collaboratively, sharing insights and supporting individual and collective development on a daily basis. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Validate and analyze tax documents; * Calculate and verify taxes (ICMS, PIS, COFINS, ISS); * Execute and monitor ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal, EFD Contributions, DCTFWeb, REINF, among others); * Perform tax bookkeeping in accordance with current legislation; * Ensure correct tax classification (NCM, CFOP); * Conduct tax reconciliations and cross-reference information to ensure data consistency; * Enter NFSe, NFe, and CTE into the Sispro system; * Issue and verify input and output invoices (shipments, transfers, returns); * Support internal and external audits; * Participate in tax-related system implementation and configuration; * Monitor updates to tax and fiscal legislation, ensuring operational compliance; * Prepare management reports and area-specific indicators (KPIs); * Provide support to internal departments, ensuring alignment and compliance in tax operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Experience in tax/tributary areas; * Knowledge of federal, state, and municipal tax and fiscal legislation; * Experience with tax routines: tax calculation, bookkeeping, and ancillary obligations; * Experience with tax filings, including REINF, EFD ICMS/IPI, EFD Contributions, and ISSQN; * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of import processes; * Experience in automating tax processes; * Experience in tax-related system implementation and configuration; * Participation in continuous improvement projects; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Active registration with CRC (Regional Accounting Council). **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Subsidy * Birthday Bonus * TotalPass * Life Insurance * Unimed Health Insurance after probation period (no monthly fee) * Uniodonto Dental Insurance after probation period * Pet Health Plan * Partnerships with educational institutions and language schools * Career Development Plan **Work Schedule:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday **Work Model:** On-site. **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws contract) At **Maminfo Telecom Solutions**, we believe technology and people advance together.
