In this role, you will be the **guardian and technical investigator** of our ecosystem. You will resolve incidents of extremely high complexity across multi\-cloud and on-premises environments, playing a **vital leadership role in advanced troubleshooting within our environment**. Come with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** As a Senior SRE, your day-to-day work will focus on resolving structural problems. Your core missions will be: **Reliability Management, Incident Response, and SRE Culture** * Monitor vital metrics (SLIs and SLOs); * Serve as the highest escalation level for problem management within the SRE domain; * Lead in-depth investigations of chronic or structural incidents (Root Cause Analysis \- RCA), converting recurring failures into engineering backlogs to reduce technical debt; * Respond to severe crisis incidents and conduct rigorous *Post\-Mortems*. **Capacity Planning and Disaster Recovery (DR)** * Execute predictive *Capacity Planning* to prevent bottlenecks during periods of high seasonality. * Conduct complex and realistic *Disaster Recovery* (DR) tests and scenarios. **Advanced Operating System Administration** * Perform complex performance troubleshooting in heterogeneous environments; * **Linux:** Kernel-level operations (sysctl tuning, namespaces, cgroups); * **Windows Server:** Resolution of structural bottlenecks (IIS, WMI, Registry tuning), advanced automation via PowerShell, and identity management (Active Directory / Entra ID); * Conduct advanced network troubleshooting (Cloud and On-premises) **Advanced Governance, Resilience, and Kubernetes Operations** * **Large-Scale Operations and Stability:** Lead the operation, maintenance, and continuous evolution of dozens of mission-critical Kubernetes clusters (EKS), ensuring extreme stability, upgrades (*upgrades*), and health of both the *Control Plane* and *Worker Nodes*. * **Reliability Standards (SRE in K8s):** Ensure correct use of *Pod Disruption Budgets (PDBs)*, *Resource Quotas*, *LimitRanges*, and *Priority Classes*, while monitoring and adjusting QoS (*Quality of Service*) allocation to mitigate *OOMKills* and *CPU Throttling*. * **Troubleshooting and Tuning:** Serve as the highest escalation level for complex investigations and critical incidents across the Kubernetes ecosystem. Perform API Server performance *tuning* and advanced *debugging* of bottlenecks. * **Advanced Kubernetes (EKS) Troubleshooting:** Escalate to handle complex EKS issues.
