We look forward to meeting you and jointly driving the next generation of technological solutions. **Come be a Hit!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the implementation and maintenance of virtualized environments using the VMware platform, ensuring high availability and performance; * Administer VMware vSphere clusters, managing compute, storage, and network resources; * Configure and manage VMware vCenter Server, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization; * Plan and execute physical-to-virtual (P2V) and virtual-to-virtual (V2V) server migrations; * Implement security policies and backup and disaster recovery strategies for virtualized environments; * Develop advanced VMware PowerCLI scripts to automate tasks and optimize administrative processes; * Coordinate VMware infrastructure upgrade and integration projects, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal service disruption; * Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security, compliance, and operational efficiency of virtualized systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree or higher; * Proven expertise in VMware vSphere (ESXi/vCenter), with advanced experience in installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting of clusters; experience managing storage, including knowledge of storage protocols (NFS, iSCSI, Fibre Channel) and storage virtualization technologies (e.g., vSAN); * Experience working with virtualization networking, including Standard and Distributed Switches, VLANs, VXLAN, and load balancing; proficiency with backup and disaster recovery tools such as Veeam Backup & Replication or similar business continuity solutions; * Experience with server hardware, including familiarity with blade and rack architectures (HP ProLiant/Apollo, Dell PowerEdge, Cisco UCS); * Experience configuring and administering high-availability environments, including HA (High Availability), DRS, and Fault Tolerance. **Desired Qualifications:** * Experience automating infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or PowerCLI for automated provisioning; * Experience with hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) solutions, including Nutanix (AHV) or Dell VxRail; * Experience implementing network and security virtualization, including knowledge of VMware NSX or microsegmentation; * Experience working with containers and orchestration using Kubernetes (K8s) and integrating them with virtualized environments (e.g., VMware Tanzu); experience operating in hybrid cloud environments, integrating on-premises infrastructure with AWS (VMC), Azure (AVS), or Google Cloud (GCVE). **Additional Information** Want to see all our open positions?
