More than joining a major company, you will become part of a team committed to excellence, working with purpose and constantly pursuing positive impact for both business and people. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, design, and execute **test cases and test scripts**, based on functional and technical requirements. * Perform **manual testing** (functional, regression, integration, performance, load, black-box). * Develop, maintain, and execute **automated tests** (regression robots/suites). * Create and organize **test data** for various scenarios, boundaries, and exceptions. * Log, detail, and track **defects** in test/demand management tools. * Monitor systems and applications, identifying failures, inconsistencies, and abnormal behaviors. * Analyze and validate **business and development requirements**, identifying gaps and suggesting improvements. * Serve as the **subject-matter expert for a product/pillar**, understanding business rules, variations, and integrations. * Actively participate in **agile ceremonies** (dailies, planning, review, refinement), presenting status and blockers. * Collaborate with **Development, Business, PMO, Infrastructure, and Information Security** teams. * Document test results and evidence in clear, traceable reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Completed Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related Technology fields. * **Intermediate English proficiency**. * Solid experience in **manual and automated testing**; * Experience working in **agile environments** (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). * Experience in **requirements analysis and validation**, in partnership with business and development areas. **Additional Information** Our Tokio Way of Being reinforces a culture that values who you truly are!
