Firmware updates and monitoring of emerging technologies **Job Opening: Printer Technician (Confidential)** São José dos Campos – SP (Jd. das Indústrias) **Responsibilities:** * Fault diagnosis (printing issues, paper jams, system errors) * Preventive and corrective maintenance on printers * Replacement of parts (rollers, print heads, fusers, cartridges, and toners) * Installation and configuration of printers on computers and networks * Driver, software configuration, and network integration (Wi-Fi and wired) * Quality testing and equipment calibration * Inventory control of spare parts and consumables * On-site and remote technical support to customers * Firmware updates and tracking of new technologies **Requirements:** * Category B driver's license (mandatory) * Knowledge of computer science and electronics * Completed high school education * Residence in São José dos Campos or Jacareí * Technical vocational training (preferred) **Profile:** * Proactivity, organization, and strong communication skills * Resilience and ability to handle challenging situations * Customer service aptitude **Job Details:** * Salary: R$ 2.118,00 to R$ 3.150,00 (based on qualifications) * Benefits: Meal allowance (R$ 25.00/day) + transportation allowance or fuel subsidy * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:50 * Employment Type: CLT (permanent contract) Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.118,00 – R$3.150,00 per month Education: * Completed technical vocational education (required) License/Certification: * Category B driver's license (required) Work Location: On-site
