Key Responsibilities:** Monitor server infrastructure and system performance Monitor website and link availability Monitor backup routines Perform technical diagnostics and tests Escalate issues to service providers and support teams as needed Support the creation and updating of documentation and procedures **? Preferred Qualifications:** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Familiarity with backup tools Basic knowledge of servers and networks Experience with ticketing tools Basic English proficiency **??
