You will directly engage in planning, metric analysis, and performance optimization, connecting data to strategic decisions — all aligned with business objectives and contributing to sustainable growth and value creation for the brand. **Working alongside a team that delivers excellence, you will:** Plan and execute marketing strategies aligned with KW’s objectives; Lead digital campaigns (social media, email marketing, paid media, and content); Analyze marketing metrics and campaign results, proposing continuous improvements; Support the organization of events, institutional initiatives, and promotional campaigns; Produce and review institutional content and communication materials. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Must have:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields; Knowledge of digital marketing and metric analysis; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with preference for advanced Excel skills. **You’ll stand out if you have:** Experience managing social media and automation tools. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS** We offer a healthy work environment and benefits**\*** that support well-being: .
