At Andrade Gutierrez, all people are welcome, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, or disability. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Description:** * Maturity and Awareness \- IT Security: Review and develop information security standards, policies, and procedures; draft articles; conduct phishing campaigns; and execute internal events related to this subject. * Projects \- IT Security: Lead and technically execute Information Security projects by implementing and evaluating tools, interacting with and supporting other internal departments in identifying, suggesting, and resolving issues involving systems and tools—aiming to ensure integrity, reliability, and availability. * Support \- IT Security: Provide assistance for requests submitted to the IT Security area, supporting users regarding access rights, websites, e\-mail, remote connections, investigating and reporting risk situations, identifying and suggesting improvements to processes and environments, requesting and monitoring vendor support, documenting and aligning execution procedures—ensuring demand fulfillment in compliance with company processes and policies. * Monitoring \- IT Security: Monitor information security tool alerts by tracking, viewing, and receiving reports from Firewall, Antivirus, DLP, AntiSpam, Content Filtering, and SIEM systems—aiming to maintain the company’s data security and reliability. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Technical Requirements** * Academic Background: Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Systems Analysis, or related fields; * Proven experience in internal IT audit processes focused on information security; * Language: Intermediate English proficiency, including technical reading, writing, and comprehension of documentation. **Desirable Requirements** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Information Security; * Certifications: ITIL / Cobit / Windows / Linux / Information Security Tools. **Specific Knowledge and Skills:** * Advanced Level: Windows Operating System and Computer Networking; * Intermediate Level: Linux Operating System, Antivirus, Firewall, DLP, IPS/IDS, VPN (NIST Framework and skills), Content Filtering, Microsoft Office; * Interaction with internal stakeholders/customers; * Strong communication skills; * Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) Work Location: Berrini \- Cidade Monções (South Zone) \- São Paulo/SP * WE ARE AG It is through the strength of \#OurPeople that we build the future and reach ever further! * OUR HISTORY Andrade Gutierrez was founded in 1948 in Minas Gerais by three young engineers who began building roads—and never stopped.
