Description
Dedicated and organized professional with a degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields, and foundational knowledge in general, tax, and financial accounting. Capable of performing operational accounting tasks such as reconciliations, journal entries, and report analysis, with an emphasis on continuous learning and accuracy. Strong ability to work collaboratively in teams, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
\- Journal entries and reconciliations: Perform accounting journal entries, classify transactions, and conduct account reconciliations.
\- Accounting close: Assist with the monthly accounting close process.
\- Reporting: Support the preparation of financial reports, trial balances, and account analyses.
\- Organization: Maintain organization and control of accounting documents.
\- Analysis: Conduct basic analyses of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
\- Systems and documentation: Enter data into accounting systems and ensure document integrity.
Skills and Competencies
\- Basic knowledge of general, tax, and fiscal accounting.
\- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) and accounting software.
\- Analytical ability to identify discrepancies and propose adjustments.
\- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
\- Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail.
\- Interest in staying updated on changes in accounting and tax legislation.
Requirements
\- Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences (completed or in progress, preferably from the 4th semester onward).
\- Prior experience (internship or first job) in accounting firms or finance departments is a plus.
\- Basic understanding of CPC (Accounting Standards Board) standards and tax legislation.
\- Certifications or supplementary courses in accounting, Excel, or ERP systems are desirable.

Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$3\.200,00 per month
