If you are a person with a **collaborative, organized, detail-oriented profile and have experience in Customer Service**, and are willing to explore this field, this may be the perfect opportunity for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist customers contacting the company via email, phone, in person, or through messaging apps, aiming to clarify doubts, address specific post-sales requests, and more. * Record all details of each customer interaction in the internal system, creating complete records that include information about the issue, actions taken, requests made, and final outcome, enabling effective tracking of each interaction. * Monitor and update customer service records in the system, ensuring information is accurate and complete. * Provide technical guidance to customers regarding equipment usage, identifying reported difficulties and offering solutions such as equipment testing, information on electrical networks, correct usage methods, etc. * Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company’s equipment, processes, and products through manual reading, watching technical videos, hands-on testing, and other means, to accurately resolve inquiries. * Stay updated on changes to company policies, products, and services to relay information accurately and effectively. * Maintain a professional and friendly attitude during all interactions, promoting the company’s positive image and strengthening customer relationships. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Experience in customer service routines, preferably in Customer Service (SAC) roles; * Ability to analyze customer-reported issues, interpret technical information, and apply appropriate solutions assertively; * Prior experience with customer service registration and tracking systems is desirable; * Strong organizational and time management skills; * Clear communication skills, both verbal and written; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on **Excel**; * **Reside in Nova Odessa, Americana, or Santa Bárbara.** **Additional Information** Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM Our benefits include: * Medical Assistance (co-payment) * Dental Assistance (free) * Fuel Allowance or Transportation Voucher * On-site Meal Benefit (co-payment) * Pharmacy Assistance * Group Life Insurance * Total Pass Boxer Soldas is a national reference in the welding equipment manufacturing sector, offering comprehensive solutions to meet industrial demands and the needs of specialized welding professionals.
