We are committed to addressing all requests with quality and within agreed deadlines; * Your scope of work includes hardware, software, printer, and network/WiFi support and configuration. We are always ready to resolve issues, perform accurate diagnostics, and deliver solutions that optimize the performance of technological resources used in the office; * Additionally, you will also be responsible for strict control of the IT asset inventory, ensuring the availability and functionality of equipment required for employees’ work. When new team members join us, we strive to provide all essential devices needed to perform their duties, as well as ensure proper collection of equipment used by employees who leave the company; * We work diligently to foster a productive, problem-free workplace, enabling employees to focus on their tasks and contribute to our organization’s success. * We seek a proactive professional who goes beyond reactive demand handling—anticipating problems and proposing continuous improvements to the IT environment. This professional is expected to proactively identify process optimization opportunities, implement preventive measures for infrastructure and user support, and suggest solutions that enhance service efficiency and quality across schools. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To take on this challenge, you must have:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in IT Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and Google tools (Gmail, Meet, Calendar, Drive); * Skills in computer assembly and maintenance; * Skills in computer networking and network assets (switches and APs); * Residency in Fortaleza/CE or its metropolitan region. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Knowledge of Fortinet and UniFi controllers and network assets, VoIP, Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper\-V, and VMware ESXi. **Additional Information** Work schedule: 44 hours per week; Location: Fortaleza/CE; On-site work.
