Experience with market-leading cybersecurity products A pre-sales professional must be an expert in technology and cybersecurity solutions, with experience in technical demonstrations, proofs of concept (PoC/PoV – with emphasis on Active Directory protection and recovery solutions), and development of customized technical and commercial proposals. Strong consultative approach with customers and stakeholders, focused on identifying needs, designing service architectures, and aligning technical and commercial teams to increase the accuracy and effectiveness of proposed solutions. Ability to conduct internal training, participate in events, and validate new solutions, contributing to partnership strengthening and business growth. **Main Activities and Responsibilities (Actions)** Prepare proposals, calculation memos, communicate with vendors, and present all proposals; Evaluate, implement, and provide technical support for security solutions, including cloud backup and SaaS backup for Office 365 and Google Workspace. Successfully executed proofs of concept (PoCs), providing dedicated support and efficient problem resolution to ensure optimal performance. Collaborated effectively with bilingual vendors to deliver solutions to customers. Organize and analyze data to derive performance indicators for administrative and operational processes, using the Quality Operating System (QOS). Be responsible for monitoring and implementing updates to enhance Quality Management System (QMS) documents (QMS Overview) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. ...; Serve as the focal point for security monitoring and incident response (SOC), SIEM, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Vulnerability Management and Remediation, DLP, CASB, and Security Awareness initiatives.
