We manage non-pedagogical services such as maintenance, cleaning, security, food services, technology, and administrative support, ensuring safe, functional, and welcoming school environments. Here, your work makes a difference in the daily operations of state schools, ensuring appropriate learning environments. **Job Objective** Support the operation and maintenance of the school’s IT infrastructure by providing technical support and managing IT service requests to ensure service continuity and proper functioning of systems and equipment. **Main Responsibilities** * Responsible for the unit's IT infrastructure and electronic equipment; * Ensure the proper functioning of networks, systems, computers, and devices; * Monitor, register, and resolve IT service requests; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems; * Support users in resolving technical issues; * Manage inventory of IT assets (hardware and electronics); * Ensure compliance with policies and guidelines defined by headquarters. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Networking, Computer Science, or related fields; * Prior experience in technical support (help desk systems) and IT infrastructure management; * Knowledge of networking, hardware, operating systems (Windows and Android), and electronics; * Experience monitoring and resolving technical service requests; * Familiarity with information security and IT best practices.
