Job Summary: Responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, managing a high volume of open positions, acting in a consultative capacity alongside leadership, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. To date, there are six AVIVA units that have awakened the adventure of learning: Chácara Klabin, Vila Mariana, Brooklin, Moema, Vila Leopoldina, and São Bernardo do Campo. ### **Website** https://www.avivaescolainfantil.com.br/ **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes * Manage a high volume of open positions (minimum of 10 simultaneous positions per month) * Align position profiles with unit managers and directors * Screen resumes and conduct active candidate sourcing (hunting) * Conduct competency-based interviews (online and in-person) * Administer and interpret behavioral assessments (when required) * Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire process * Monitor recruitment and selection (R\&S) metrics (time-to-fill, SLA, hiring quality) * Support the development and continuous improvement of recruitment processes * Act in a consultative capacity alongside leadership **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in end-to-end Recruitment and Selection * Experience handling high-volume recruitment * Proficiency in conducting competency-based interviews * Strong organizational and priority-management skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills * Completed undergraduate degree (Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields) Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for educational roles Experience working across networks/multiple units Knowledge of R\&S metrics and process improvement Experience in employer branding or strategic talent attraction Behavioral Competencies Proactivity and ownership mindset Agility and results orientation Empathy and active listening Ability to influence and engage leaders Organization and discipline **Additional Information** Location: Vila Mariana – São Paulo Work Model: On-site Employment Type: CLT Salary: 4000.00 Benefits: * Health insurance * Food basket * TotalPass * Life insurance * On-site meal * Transportation allowance * Annual salary bonus **AVIVA** is a group specialized in child development, focused exclusively on Early Childhood, dedicated to the **care** and **holistic development** of children aged 0 to 6 years.
