Collaborative environment and professional development challenges We are seeking a Junior Support Analyst to schedule and monitor installations, activations, migrations, and changes of internet links, serving as the focal point among customers, service providers, vendors, and technical teams. Responsibilities include validating technical information, tracking service orders from initiation to completion, confirming schedules, maintaining system updates, supporting involved teams, and preparing activity reports. **If you possess an analytical mindset, enjoy solving problems, and aim to grow in the infrastructure and networking field, this position is for you.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Schedule internet link installations, activations, migrations, and changes with providers and technical teams. * Act as the focal point between **customers, service providers, vendors, and field teams**. * Confirm technical availability, execution time windows, and site access requirements. * Pre-validate necessary technical information for installation: * Full address * Local contact * Link type (fiber, radio, dedicated, broadband, etc.) * Contracted speed * Equipment involved * Ensure accurate data entry and timely updates in control systems (spreadsheets, internal systems, ITSM, ERP, or management tools). * Monitor service order status from request initiation through completion. * Confirm schedules (D\-1 and D\-0\) with all involved parties. * Record and track rescheduling, cancellations, and technical pending items. * Collaborate with field teams and providers during execution, when required.
