**Main Responsibilities:** Monitor and control production processes to ensure achievement of production, quality, and safety targets; Monitor machines, equipment, and production indicators; Support scheduling and organization of operational activities; Identify and report failures, deviations, and opportunities for process improvement; Assist in preparing operational reports and controls; Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations; Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and quality teams to ensure continuous production; Provide operational training and guidance to teams as needed. **Requirements:** Completed technical course in Production, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; Experience in operational routines and production monitoring; Knowledge of production indicators and industrial processes; ERP/SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency is desirable; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; **This position is also open to people with disabilities.** Join us as **\#afaplan**
