Description
**Main Responsibilities:**
Responsible for supervising and monitoring commissioning tests of electrical systems for the Arapuá project’s collector substation and connection bay;
Monitor excavation and foundation construction activities, including manhole installation, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for these disciplines;
Supervise commissioning tests on medium-voltage (MV) power cables; low-voltage armored cables (BTCA); low-voltage armored and shielded cables (BTCC); communication systems (optical fiber; network); grounding systems (grounding grid, equipment grounding, and lightning protection system);
Supervise commissioning tests on equipment — inverters; battery banks; rectifiers; medium-voltage switchgear; low-voltage panels; power transformers (main and auxiliary service transformers); circuit breakers; disconnect switches; current transformers; potential transformers; surge arresters; CCTV;
Support supervision of electrical activities at the photovoltaic plant and transmission line (TL), as required and upon instruction from leadership;
Complete daily production reports to keep the project owner informed about work progress;
Support the Electrical Engineer and Site Manager regarding operational activities under their supervision (KPIs; quality controls; SMS);
Review and comment on implementation procedures for Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs);
Review and comment on electrical basic and execution design documents;
Review the "as-built" documentation;
Follow up on closure of non-conformance reports;
**Requirements:**
Experience in commissioning and electromechanical assembly of substations;
Knowledge of commissioning and electromechanical assembly of substations;
Technical course in electrotechnology;
Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency;
Availability to start immediately.
