Job Summary: The Electrotechnical Technician is responsible for the assembly, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in compliance with applicable standards. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for assembly, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems. 2. Conducts preventive and corrective inspections and develops projects. 3. Performs electrical tests and equipment parameterization. **Description** The Electrotechnical Technician is responsible for the assembly, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems, ensuring the quality, safety, and efficiency of equipment and installations. Performs preventive and corrective inspections, project development, electrical testing, and equipment parameterization, adhering to company standards and occupational safety regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Maintain and preserve equipment and work instruments, requesting maintenance or calibration whenever necessary. * Comply with production planning according to cell reports and instructions from supervisors. * Accurately enter maintenance information into the FAS system and request Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) when required. * Immediately report any incident or failure during task execution to the responsible supervisor. * Undertake business travel as needed. **Generic Activities** * Assembly and connection of electrical systems, including distribution panels, cables, and equipment. * Execution of inspections, repairs, and replacements of electrical components, both preventively and reactively. * Development of electrical installation projects, considering technical standards, safety, and energy efficiency. * Application of electrical installation safety standards and proper use of PPE. * Conducting tests and measurements to ensure system and equipment quality. * Preparation of technical reports, layouts, and other documents related to installation and maintenance. **Segment-Specific Activities** * Disassembly and assembly of motors, generators, transformers, and substation yard equipment, including switchgear cubicles. * Performing electrical tests on motors, generators, and transformers. * Operating thermovacuum and vacuum pumps. * Operating ultra-dry air central units. * Preventive maintenance of substation yard equipment and switchgear cubicles. * Maintenance of air conditioning systems and air drying central units. * Parameterization of frequency inverters, soft starters, and electronic controllers. **Requirements** * Completed technical education in Electrotechnics, Electronics, or related fields. * 6 months to 2 years of experience in the role. * Attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment to work quality.
