Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media Assistant to manage social media accounts, create relevant content, engage with followers, and analyze metrics. Key Highlights: 1. Daily management and content posting on social media with relevant content 2. Creation and editing of images and texts aligned with the company's industry 3. Monitoring of metrics and development of insights for continuous improvement * We seek a creative, organized, and digitally trend-aware professional to work as a Social Media Assistant. Key responsibilities: Manage and post daily content on social media platforms (Website, Facebook, and Instagram) with relevant content; * Create, write, and publish content (captions, texts, and visual materials) aligned with the company's industry; * Engage with followers, customers, and colleagues on digital platforms; Produce and edit product images for social media promotion; * Plan and execute content calendars, campaigns, and strategic initiatives; * Create and manage social media advertisements; * Monitor performance metrics and generate periodic reports; * Analyze data and develop insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of results. REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in social media management is preferred; * Experience in creating and promoting social media content; * Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, among others; * Completed high school education or currently enrolled in or graduated from higher education; * Must reside in the South Zone of São Paulo or have easy access to the Moema region.
