Master the Adobe Suite and adapt assets for different platforms **Join our team!** We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive **Graphic Designer** to join our Marketing team. If you enjoy developing campaigns, creating graphic materials, and contributing fresh ideas to strengthen a brand, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop visual designs for promotional and institutional campaigns; * Create materials for social media, advertisements, flyers, banners, brochures, catalogs, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and internal communications; * Perform image retouching and editing; * Adapt assets for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, YouTube, and internal monitors); * Ensure consistency of the brand’s visual identity; * Organize and maintain an up-to-date graphic asset library; * Support the Marketing and Trade Marketing teams in creating campaigns and promotional materials; * Monitor design trends and propose innovative creative solutions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in **Graphic Design, Advertising and Public Relations**, or related fields; * Experience developing graphic assets for various channels; * Prior experience in retail, supermarkets, wholesale, or franchises is desirable; * Proficiency in the **Adobe Suite**, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; * Familiarity with Canva and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. **We seek a professional who has:** * Creativity and strong aesthetic judgment; * Organization and attention to detail; * Proactivity and initiative; * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively; * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines; * Flexibility, commitment, and sense of urgency. * Availability to occasionally work during evenings, weekends, and undertake short trips, as required by the role.
