The ideal candidate will develop engaging content that builds brand awareness, increases audience engagement, and supports marketing campaigns across multiple social media platforms. **Key Responsibilities** * Create original content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other social platforms * Plan and develop content ideas, campaigns, and posting schedules * Write captions and coordinate with designers and video editors * Research social media trends, hashtags, and viral content opportunities * Monitor content performance and recommend improvements * Maintain brand consistency across all published content * Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve campaign goals **Job Requirements** * Experience in social media content creation or digital marketing * Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends * Excellent creativity, communication, and storytelling skills * Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Job Type: Full\-time Pay: R$2,003\.53 \- R$8,671\.17 per month Work Location: In person
