




Job Summary: The Graphic Design Intern will support the creation of graphic materials, adaptation of artwork, and organization of files under the guidance and validation of the team. Organization of files, folders, and image libraries We are seeking a **Graphic Design Intern**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the creation of internal graphic materials—such as cards, posters, and simple collateral—always under the guidance of the senior designer or leadership. * Adapt artwork for different channels (intranet, corporate TV, e-mails), following templates and references provided by the team. * Assist in the layout of presentations and institutional materials, receiving revisions and feedback before final delivery. * Participate in briefings and alignment sessions to understand requirements and develop initial drafts for team validation. * Organize files, folders, and image libraries, ensuring all content is standardized per departmental instructions. * Support internal campaigns by producing simplified versions of materials and tracking review and approval by the senior designer or leadership. * Monitor the workflow of requests via the internal tool, updating statuses and consulting the team whenever questions arise or direction is needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a Graphic Design program; * Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva. * Familiarity with layout, typography, composition, and visual identity. * Entry-level ability to perform simple image editing. * Ability to follow visual templates and standards. * Organizational skills to store and version files. **Additional Information** * 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 1 PM * Stipend: R$ 1.412,00 * Meal allowance: R$ 26.00 per day; Transportation allowance or fuel assistance
