**Made by people who transform education** **All Arco positions are open to People with Disabilities.****\[OPPORTUNITIES FOR WORK IN CURITIBA OR FORTALEZA]** **On a day-to-day basis, you will:** * Be responsible for the art editing of educational textbooks, from creating graphic designs and covers to final technical preparation for printing. * Perform layout design and project adjustments, ensuring visual quality and fidelity to the established layout. * Manage the production flow, rigorously controlling deadlines and budgets for projects under your responsibility. * Act as the direct liaison with external suppliers and internal editorial clients, negotiating action plans as needed. * Curate and purchase illustrations and cartographic maps. **To participate in our process, you must have:** * Technical knowledge of layout design, art editing, finishing, and graphic production. * Experience in editorial processes and understanding of book production stages. * Experience purchasing and conducting technical evaluations of illustrations and cartography. * Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office Suite. * **Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week onsite at the Curitiba or Fortaleza office).** **Nice-to-haves:** * Knowledge of specialized tools such as Woodwing and MathType. * Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence applied to design (e.g., Adobe Firefly and other emerging tools).
