**JOB DESCRIPTION – GRAPHIC DESIGNER**
**Position:** Graphic Designer
**Department:** Marketing / Communications
**Reports to:** Marketing Manager
**Work Location:** (specify – on-site, hybrid, or remote)
**POSITION OBJECTIVE**
To create and develop visual materials that strategically communicate the brand's identity, strengthen institutional positioning, and support commercial initiatives, ensuring consistency, aesthetic quality, and visual impact.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Create graphic assets for social media (posts, stories, banners)
* Develop institutional materials (folders, presentations, catalogs)
* Create visual identity for promotional campaigns
* Ensure visual brand standardization across all materials
* Collaborate with Social Media and Marketing Managers
* Adapt assets for different formats and platforms
* Develop layouts for digital advertisements
* Support commercial campaigns with visual materials
* Edit images and retouch photos
* Create graphic elements (icons, illustrations, visual compositions)
* Participate in the company’s branding development
* Organize and maintain visual asset libraries and archives
* Revise and adjust assets based on strategic feedback
* Ensure technical quality of produced materials
**REQUIREMENTS**
**Education:**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related fields
**Experience:**
* Proven experience in the design field
* Updated portfolio (mandatory)
**TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE**
* Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW or similar)
* Canva (intermediate/advanced level)
* Image editing and retouching
* Fundamentals of visual identity and branding
* Typography, color theory, and visual composition
* Basic understanding of UX/UI (preferred)
* Basic video editing (preferred)

* Create layouts for digital ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
* Adapt visuals for different formats and platforms
* Edit and retouch images (color, lighting, cropping, quality)
* Create visual identities for specific campaigns and initiatives
* Ensure visual brand standardization across all assets
* Review and adjust materials per marketing feedback
* Collaborate with Social Media on visual content creation
* Interpret briefs and translate them into visual solutions
* Create visuals focused on conversion (not just aesthetics)
* Organize files and maintain an updated image library
* Prepare print-ready files (when required)
* Create graphic elements (icons, illustrations, compositions)
* Develop visual presentations (institutional and commercial slides)
* Support internal initiatives (internal marketing, events, internal campaigns)
* Adjust assets urgently per commercial demands
* Produce variations of the same asset (A/B testing)
