Opportunity to establish commercial partnerships **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Lead prospecting (active and passive); responsible for scheduling consultations and ensuring attendance; lead qualification prior to consultation; conducting personalized assessments for each customer, understanding their needs, and selling protocols; receiving payments, explaining contracts; post-sales: monitoring customer success throughout their weight-loss journey; satisfaction level, issues encountered, appointment scheduling, social proof—establishing successful commercial partnerships—re-engaging non-converting customers. **EDUCATION:** Completed high school; some specialization in health-related fields (nutrition, aesthetics, or related areas) **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (two-hour lunch break), and Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.800,00 – R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Customer Service (Preferred) * Sales (Mandatory)
