Description

Assist in receiving goods; observe menus, sort food items and necessary utensils for preparation; handle menu pre-preparation; process food according to menus and instructions from the nutrition supervisor; maintain and periodically verify kitchen equipment and supplies; check and replenish sinks on the service ramp as needed; serve users at the service ramp; ensure order and cleanliness in the work area where tasks are performed; assist in meal distribution; sanitize the kitchen after service; assume technical responsibility for implementing occupational safety and food safety procedures, adhering to safety regulations and correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE), as well as Good Handling Practices during preparations (compliance with Standard Operating Procedures - SOPs, equipment checks, organization, and other activities); observe safety aspects when handling utensils and equipment; promote economy and optimal utilization of all food items; observe and report user feedback and suggestions regarding preparations and services to immediate supervisors. Keep condiment dispensers organized and stocked, replenish napkins, etc.; sanitize the counter after distribution; separate waste and food leftovers into appropriate containers, including garbage removal; perform other duties relevant to the position.
