Job Summary: Responsible for all municipal and interstate cargo scheduling, including route planning, fleet management, and conflict resolution with customers. Key Highlights: 1. Conflict resolution and negotiation with customers * Responsible for all cargo scheduling from municipal to interstate levels. Proficient in communicating with drivers. Analyze and support the manager in departmental routines. Resolve customer conflicts. Perform cargo scheduling, route planning, fleet management, and travel schedule administration; Negotiate with customers in cases of delivery/pickup delays to maintain optimal company-customer relationships; Analyze controls and reports on service quality. Responsible for all cargo scheduling. Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field required; Knowledge of Rodopar system is desirable; Technical knowledge in transportation is mandatory; Must have experience in road transportation. Familiarity with e-commerce scheduling routines. Work Location: On-site
