We seek a builder-minded individual who enjoys developing people, structuring processes, and creating a solid foundation so data generates increasing business value. * Lead and develop Data Engineering and Analytics teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment. * Define priorities, the roadmap, and delivery capacity of the area, ensuring focus on the highest-impact initiatives. * Partner closely with Product, Technology, and business areas to turn challenges into data-driven solutions. * Evolve the company’s data architecture to make it more scalable, reliable, and ready to support analytical products, Artificial Intelligence, and new business initiatives. * Define and strengthen standards for data modeling, integration, documentation, quality, and governance. * Lead Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse, and Analytics Engineering initiatives, accelerating the evolution of the data platform. * Support building the data strategy for Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI initiatives, ensuring reliable, governed, and prepared data for new use cases. * Expand the Analytics Self-Service culture, enabling easier access to trustworthy information to support decision-making. * Ensure consistency of metrics and KPIs used across different company departments. * Structure the process for intake, prioritization, and tracking of requests, promoting greater transparency and predictability for the team. * Define metrics to monitor operational efficiency and support continuous improvement of the area. * Act as a strategic partner to leadership, contributing to growth, operational efficiency, risk management, compliance, and innovation initiatives. **What you need to join our team** * Experience leading Data, Business Intelligence, or Analytics teams. * Hands-on experience in Data Engineering and pipeline development. * Solid knowledge of data architecture (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Lakehouse). * Experience with dimensional and analytical modeling. * Advanced SQL. * Knowledge of visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. * Experience with data governance, metric definition, and data quality. * Experience in cloud environments. * Familiarity with Databricks and Metabase. * Experience structuring processes, governance, and priority management. * Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. * Collaborative mindset, ownership mentality, results orientation, and commitment to people development. * Interest in following trends in Artificial Intelligence and their application in modern data platforms. **Nice-to-have qualifications** * Experience in fintechs, financial institutions, or payment providers. * Experience working with regulated products. * Knowledge of Open Finance, payments, foreign exchange, or banking. * Experience with Analytics Engineering (dbt or similar tools). * Experience with Hub & Spoke Analytics models. * Experience with modern data platforms oriented toward Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence. * Knowledge of data architecture for Generative AI applications, LLMs, RAG, or Feature Stores. **What we offer** * **CLT employment contract –** All statutory rights guaranteed. * **Performance bonus –** Bonus tied to achievement of organizational goals. * **Health and dental insurance –** Coverage for you and your dependents via SulAmérica. * **Flexible meal and food vouchers (VR/VA) –** Credits on Caju, usable as you wish. * **Remote work allowance –** Support for expenses and equipment. * **Life insurance –** Protection and security for you. * **Childcare allowance –** Support for parents. * **Support for dependents with special needs –** Dedicated financial assistance. * **Extended leave policies –** Expanded maternity and paternity leave to enjoy this special moment. * **Remessa Online discounts –** Live without borders! * **Well-being and health –** Online consultations with psychologists and nutritionists via Conexa Saúde and Psicologia Viva. * **Wellhub –** Access to gyms and services such as mindfulness, nutrition, and therapy. * **Employee Assistance Program (EAP) –** Specialized support whenever needed. * **Birthday Day Off –** Your special day deserves time off! * **Development cycle and training programs –** Challenges, upskilling opportunities, and 360° evaluations to accelerate your career! **Remote work** Work from anywhere!
