If you fit this profile, join our team! ### **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** * Administer production environments, analyze issues, interact with users, and resolve/control incidents in the Service Desk tool; * Implement requirements jointly with functional areas, consultants, and third parties, providing necessary data and information to meet those requirements; * Develop test strategies and scenarios, create test plans and scripts, and assist in test execution and environment acceptance, documenting any issues identified; * Prepare support documentation for applications; * Ensure implementation quality of improvements in the production environment, analyzing occurrences identified during testing and proposing corrections; * Administer and monitor improvements under your responsibility in production, identifying deviations and/or opportunities. ### **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Solid programming experience in Clipper/C\+\+/ADVPL or similar technologies; * Experience in SQL Server database programming; * Knowledge of ERP architecture and interfaces; * Intermediate English; * Knowledge of CoreBuilder. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of Newage Software.
