Join Triggo.ai and help build the future with us. **Responsibilities and Assignments** * Define and evolve software architecture: service separation, API contracts, persistence patterns, asynchronous messaging, and integration strategies; * Provide technical leadership to the development team (back-end, front-end, and integrations) through mentoring, code reviews, and standard definition; * Design resilient integrations with external APIs and legacy systems, applying retry, idempotency, circuit breaker, outbox, and decoupling via Kafka/RabbitMQ; * Collaborate with the AI Specialist to define model serving contracts (FastAPI APIs, MLflow, vLLM) and ensure inference SLAs; * Ensure compliance with cross-cutting requirements: LGPD (anonymization, synthetic data environments), WORM storage audit trails, perimeter security (WAF, API Gateway, DMZ); * Establish engineering practices: automated testing, CI/CD, observability (logs, metrics, tracing), configuration management, and secrets management; * Support PM/PO in epic breakdown, estimation, acceptance criteria definition, and technical debt management; * Interface with on-premise infrastructure teams (Kubernetes, GPU pass-through, storage, networks); * Document architectural decisions (ADRs) and the technical rationale behind key choices. **Requirements and Qualifications** * 7+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years as a Tech Lead, architect, or technical reference for a squad; * Proficiency in Python and FastAPI (or an equivalent robust API development stack); * Solid front-end experience with reactive frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular); * Distributed systems architecture: microservices, messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ), integration patterns (idempotency, retry, circuit breaker, outbox, sagas); * PostgreSQL expertise including modeling, indexing, performance tuning, and migrations; * Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes); * CI/CD, automated testing (unit, integration, contract), and observability (structured logs, metrics, tracing); * Web application security: OWASP Top 10, authentication, authorization, secret management; * Fluent communication with both technical and business stakeholders; * Proven ability to make and justify architectural decisions, with clear understanding of trade-offs; * Prior experience in on-premise environments with Kubernetes and GPU pass-through. **Additional Information** We are the **SysMap Group**, comprising the brands **SysMap Solutions, TriggoLabs, and triggo.ai**, an ecosystem of high-impact companies delivering innovative technology solutions that transform businesses and develop people.
