Description

Responsibilities **Job Mission** Responsible for executing corrective, preventive, and predictive mechanical maintenance routines on equipment and industrial systems used in chemical processes, ensuring safety, operational reliability, asset availability, and compliance with technical and environmental standards. **Responsibilities** * Perform mechanical maintenance on industrial mechanical equipment and systems, such as: centrifugal, magnetic, hermetic, and positive displacement pumps; compressors; gearboxes; motors; industrial fans; heat exchangers; pressure vessels; and industrial valves; * Carry out disassembly, inspection, alignment, assembly, and adjustment of mechanical assemblies; * Interpret mechanical technical drawings, parts lists, and manufacturer manuals; * Identify mechanical failures, analyze root causes, and propose improvements; * Perform measurements, adjustments, and inspections according to maintenance plans; * Record activities in maintenance management systems (work orders and histories \- SAP), providing information related to performed services; * Safeguard company tools, materials, and equipment; * Act in accordance with company procedures, policies, and occupational health, safety, and environmental standards. Requirements **Mandatory Knowledge:** * Completed technical education in Mechanics; * Microsoft Office suite; * Laser alignment, centrifugal pumps and gearboxes, measuring instruments, mechanical drawing interpretation, and mechanical seals; * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance; * Adjustment skills and knowledge of clearances in mechanical assemblies; * Preparation of reports following mechanical assembly inspections. **Desirable Knowledge:** * Industrial Apprenticeship Course (CAI \- SENAI) in Turning or Fitting; * Familiarity with Integrated Management Systems (IMS) \- covering the company-certified management system standards (ISOs, Responsible Care, Halal, Kosher, etc.).
