Real opportunity to grow alongside the technology and product team **Opportunity | Junior Full Stack Developer** Remote – Professionals located in the State of SP **TimeCerto** is managing the recruitment process for a marketing consultancy specialized in lead generation, which is initiating a strategic expansion in technology and digital product development. We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer to strengthen the technology team, work directly with the Tech Lead, and evolve internal products and market-facing solutions. Your main responsibilities: * Develop new features and enhancements for the internal system (web platform) * Maintain and evolve the architecture, following the predefined workflow (Gitflow) * Address fixes and bugs with immediate priority * Participate in daily alignment meetings with the Tech Lead (once per day) * Support the creation of new products (AI-powered chatbot, in-house CRM, and other projects) What we expect from you: * Proficiency in **React.js**, **Node.js**, **Cloudflare**, and **PostgreSQL** * Curious and investigative mindset — asking questions, understanding problems, and seeking solutions * Entrepreneurial spirit, growth focus, and relentless drive * Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of deliverables **Desirable Differentiators:** * Experience with Big Data * Experience with Facebook/Marketing APIs What you’ll find here: * Engagement model: **PJ (Individual Contractor)** * **Two annual performance-based bonuses** * Direct contact with the Tech Lead, including training during the first months * Real opportunity to grow alongside the technology and product team * Startup culture — speed, purpose, and hands-on building Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
