If you seek growth within an innovative and sustainable environment, join our story! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate supplier contracting processes for construction services, ensuring compliance with internal, legal, and strategic company requirements; * Lead competitive mapping analysis and contracting procedures, securing optimal negotiations, technical quality, and supplier competitiveness; * Supervise supplier qualification and approval processes, including document reviews, checks with competent authorities, and performance evaluations; * Manage contract registration and control—including values—in the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with financial planning; * Monitor and validate construction progress measurements for payment releases, ensuring contractual compliance, deadlines, and internal controls; * Coordinate preparation of contract amendments, renegotiations, and terminations in partnership with the Legal Department, mitigating risks and ensuring legal security for the company; * Develop supplier relationship and development strategies, promoting sustainable partnerships aligned with the company’s quality and performance standards; * Produce and analyze managerial indicators and reports to support decision-making, cost management, contractual performance, and continuous process improvement; * Guide and develop the team, promoting operational alignment, process efficiency, and cross-departmental integration. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE SEEK?** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering * **Experience:** Prior experience in procurement of construction materials and services is desirable. * **Tools:** Familiarity with ERP systems MEGA or SIENGE is a plus; proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings is required. **Additional Information** * Individual Entrepreneur (PJ) We are genuinely passionate about building places to live.
