We are looking for a professional to join our Finance team, responsible for supporting commission statement processing. **Responsibilities and duties** * Generate commission statements by verifying amounts, data, and/or information on insurance companies’ and health plan operators’ websites to confirm whether all received commissions have been properly imported and/or recorded in the policy management system. * Download and upload commission statements from insurance companies’ and health plan operators’ websites to issue invoices for unreceived amounts. * Support validation of fiscal documents (taxes) by cross-checking bank receipts against imported statements in the policy management system to ensure full compliance with current tax and fiscal legislation. * Support collections operations with insurance companies and health plan operators via telephone or digital tools (E\-mail), ensuring all received amounts are accompanied by corresponding files and/or documents for import into the system. * Record commission settlements against invoices by identifying invoice-derived amounts in the policy management system to recognize received funds. * Perform other related and inherent professional tasks as required by departmental needs and/or demands, including training, professional qualification, and guidance from the immediate supervisor, to ensure continuous professional development. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, or related fields * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite * Professional experience in financial operations is a plus * Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, logical reasoning, assertive communication, and organization **Additional information** * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance and/or food voucher * Transportation allowance * Gympass * Birthday leave (Day off) * Apoio Pass for you and your dependents * Discounts on personal insurance contracts, including auto, life, home, travel, and others **Join our team!** MDS is one of the leading insurance brokerage firms in Brazil, specializing in insurance, reinsurance, benefits management, and risk consulting.
