Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and duties** **The main challenges as an** ***AI SPECIALIST*** **are:** * Design and evolve AI-focused applications—including LLM usage—from prototype to scalable production; * Ensure robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions; * Serve as a technical reference for the team, sharing knowledge and inspiring innovation; * Collaborate closely with engineering, data, design, and business teams to co-create impactful digital products; * Introduce and test new ideas, frameworks, and technologies—especially those centered on Artificial Intelligence; * Support continuous evolution of our architecture and engineering practices; * Adapt to constant technological change; * Mentor individuals on hard skills and innovation culture; * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver products and manage business expectations; * Manage technical complexity of products, ensuring optimal architectural design; * Ensure collaboration among data, engineering, and design teams on prioritized deliveries and post-launch follow-up; * Conduct PDCA and Kaizen cycles for continuous improvement of architecture, engineering, and the teams assigned to these products. **Requirements and qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Completed degree in technology or related fields; * Experience leading high-performance teams; * Solid technical expertise—the Specialist must possess strong foundational knowledge in both software engineering and core principles of Artificial Intelligence; * Cloud knowledge—AWS & Azure; * CI/CD knowledge; * LLM knowledge; * Strong proficiency in Python and/or NodeJS; * Hands-on experience with agentic IDEs using SDD (Kiro, Cursor, Antigravity); * Experience with automated testing; * Effective communication skills—capable of engaging across diverse business areas; * Knowledge of best practices and standards—understanding and promoting sound software engineering, AI architecture, and design practices to ensure code is robust, scalable, and maintainable; * Business acumen—solid understanding of the business objectives of the digital product under development and how AI can add value. **Additional information** Work Location: Remote.
