We combine people and technology to orchestrate and accelerate our deliveries. **Our credit is not just a number—it is a strong, genuine relationship.** We are looking for a professional with experience in Artificial Intelligence Architecture to define, evolve, document, and govern the Corporate Artificial Intelligence Architecture, supporting the creation and application of standards, frameworks, architectural references, technology guidelines, and operational models related to AI, Machine Learning, GenAI, LLMOps, and MLOps. The professional will be responsible for structuring reusable and scalable AI solutions, ensuring security, traceability, compliance, standardization, and business alignment—contributing to accelerating the sustainable adoption of AI across the organization. This role carries significant technical autonomy to analyze scenarios, propose standards, review solutions, and produce architectural artifacts with minimal supervision, working collaboratively with corporate architects, squads, data teams, engineering, security, and platform teams. ### **Take a look at the challenges awaiting you at BV:** * Support the definition and evolution of AI, GenAI, and Machine Learning architecture standards; * Create and maintain technical documentation, blueprints, guides, and architectural references; * Support the development of solutions leveraging RAG, embeddings, intelligent agents, and vector search; * Evaluate AI solution adherence to corporate standards, identifying risks and improvement opportunities; * Support technical teams in adopting AI best practices related to security, governance, and observability; * Participate in evolving LLMOps, MLOps, and AI governance processes; * Support workshops, technical discussions, and initiatives led by the Architecture and AI Center of Excellence (CoE); * Monitor trends and technologies related to GenAI, LLMs, and intelligent agents. ### **Does this resonate with you? Now, we’d like to know whether you possess the following profile and knowledge:** * Experience in corporate solution architecture and distributed integration; * Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, messaging, events, DDD, SOLID, hexagonal architecture, and modern architectural patterns; * Familiarity with architecture and documentation frameworks such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, C4 Model, or similar; * Experience developing in Python and desirable knowledge in Java or Node.js; * Knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen; * Experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, grounding, chunking, reranking, and vector search; * Knowledge of AI platforms and services such as Vertex AI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure ML, Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, OpenAI API, Gemini API, or Claude API; * Knowledge of relational databases, NoSQL databases, and vector databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ChromaDB, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, OpenSearch, or Elastic; * Experience with cloud computing on GCP, AWS, or Azure; * Knowledge of AI observability, monitoring, and evaluation using tools such as MLflow, LangSmith, Evidently, Arize, Grafana, Datadog, or OpenTelemetry; * Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and pipeline automation; * Knowledge of LGPD, security, governance, and responsible AI usage. ### **The following would be considered differentiators:** * Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol); * Experience with multi-agent architectures and intelligent agent orchestration; * Knowledge of data pipelines and MLOps/LLMOps; * Experience creating architectural standards, guilds, or CoEs; * Knowledge of Data Lake, Lakehouse, or Databricks; * Prior experience in regulated environments or the financial sector. **Diversity and inclusion** * We invite Black individuals, women, people with disabilities, members of the LGBTQIA\+ community, and people of all ages to learn more about us and apply to this position.
