Our Outsourcing Management team will be closely supporting you, conducting 1:1 meetings to ensure strategic alignment, cultural integration, and your career development. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What You’ll Do:** * Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable software solutions using industry best practices; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand business requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions; * Analyze and detail functional and technical requirements, ensuring clarity for the engineering team (user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules); * Maintain and optimize existing systems, ensuring application performance and security; * Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers; * Contribute to defining development standards and processes, promoting continuous team improvement; * Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, proposing innovations that add business value. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need to Have:** * Solid frontend development experience with strong proficiency in React, micro frontends, and BFF; * Knowledge of Java; * Knowledge of systems analysis, integrations (APIs, message queues, events), and fundamental architecture concepts; * Experience with relational and non-relational databases, including Oracle and MongoDB; * Familiarity with distributed event streaming platforms (e.g., Apache Kafka); * Experience with agile development practices and methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban; * Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs and system integrations; * Experience with code versioning tools such as Git. **Desirable Experience:** * Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation of development and deployment processes. * Experience with automated testing and CI/CD tools. * Contributions to open-source projects or participation in developer communities. **Desired Education and Engagement:** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields; * Participation in tech groups or involvement in any kind of community; **Attitudes:** * Logical reasoning, commitment, organization, teamwork, proactiveness, dynamism, flexibility, initiative, responsibility. **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** Meal allowance; Health insurance; Biannual performance reviews with growth opportunities; Feedback-driven culture; Maternity/Paternity leave; Referral bonus; ZenKlub – two free sessions per month; Education benefit; Longevity bonus; Coworking office available in Porto Alegre (RS). **About the Hiring Process:** CLT employment contract; Remote work; We are committed to building an increasingly diverse and inclusive company.
