It serves large national and international companies such as Volvo, Tramontina, Fiat, Azaleia, and other major brands, with an emphasis on innovation, efficiency, and operational excellence. **Job Description** We seek a professional to manage procurement, import, and export routines, responsible for negotiating with suppliers, controlling deadlines, expenses, and logistics processes, with a focus on operational excellence and tax compliance. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute domestic and international procurement processes (import and export); * Negotiate with domestic and international suppliers to secure optimal pricing, delivery terms, and quality; * Manage supplier contracts and relationships; * Monitor procurement needs via ERP system, interfacing with production and warehouse departments; * Verify procurement, import, and export documentation; * Monitor logistics processes, delivery deadlines, and material flow; * Control import/export expenses, ensuring compliance and corrections; * Prepare competitive analysis reports, expense reports, and performance reports; * Request licenses and legal documents, and follow up on procedures with international trade advisory services. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Production Management, or related fields; * Intermediate to fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking); * Experience in domestic and international procurement; * Knowledge of import and export procedures; * Familiarity with ERP systems; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Basic understanding of taxes, negotiation, and financial mathematics. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in international trade; * Experience with licenses and tax incentives; * Knowledge of international contracts; * Experience in an industrial environment.
