Perform checking activities for receipt and loading of stored, received, and/or shipped finished goods, verifying loading of products to be dispatched to customers, executing counting and cross-checking against documentation for received materials, authorizing unloading, warehousing, and distribution through effective control of item movement, aiming to meet departmental needs. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify inbound and outbound product shipments by physically counting products before and after loading, checking proper placement inside vehicles. * Separate batches of finished goods to be loaded and transported to customers; receive documentation, sort products according to specifications and expiration dates, and make them available for loading, ensuring proper date rotation. * Verify loading and unloading of products onto trucks, checking documentation specifications (quantity, product type, destination, etc.), guiding cargo handling, and receiving/forwarding customer return goods for warehousing. * Arrange and supervise product loading, verifying scheduled items on pre\-delivery notes, observing delivery priorities, and assigning trucks based on load capacity and receiving time windows. * Monitor the condition of pallets used in the area and request replacement, maintenance, or disposal as needed. * Receive goods and products by unloading from external/internal vehicles, carts, etc., and verify invoices against received or to-be-shipped items. * Verify and organize goods arriving from factories within the warehouse to facilitate identification and handling. * Verify dispatch of finished goods according to delivery schedules, locate materials in warehouses, request forklifts, and accompany transportation to the loading dock. * Enter transaction records (e.g., requisition write\-offs) into designated systems, logging specific transaction information. * Participate in physical inventory counts of finished goods stock. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education Desirable Knowledge: Logistics operations knowledge Basic Office software proficiency **Additional Information** **We take the well\-being of Our People very seriously!
