Software Engineer – Senior Backend (BaaS & Integrations). **About the challenge.** BMP’s **Banking as a Service (BaaS)** layer is the product directly consumed by our partners. You will develop the **APIs used by fintechs and credit companies to operate accounts, payments, and credit**, leveraging BMP’s regulatory license as the foundation. This is a **B2B product**, already in production with dozens of partners. Every technical decision directly impacts the **scalability, security, and experience** of those building on our platform. **Summary of responsibilities.** * Develop and evolve **BMP’s BaaS APIs**, including digital accounts, PIX, TED, cards, credit, and partner onboarding; * Build and maintain the **multi-tenant architecture**, ensuring data isolation, partner-specific configuration, and operational auditability; * Implement integrations with **strategic partners**, such as card processors, credit bureaus, and identity providers; * Ensure **performance, availability, and security** of APIs, with well-defined SLOs; * Produce **high-quality technical documentation**, recognizing that Developer Experience (DX) is an essential part of the product; * Participate in **on-call rotations** and autonomously handle production incidents. **Technical requirements.** * Solid experience in **backend development**, with focus on **REST APIs and distributed systems**; * Proficiency in **.NET (C#)** with ASP.NET Core and design patterns oriented toward scalability; * Experience with **multi-tenant architectures** and authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, JWT); * Strong knowledge of **AWS**, relational and NoSQL databases; * Product-oriented mindset and partner experience, prioritizing API usability before technical implementation. **Nice-to-have.** * Experience operating a **BaaS platform as a provider** (not only as a consumer); * Knowledge of **Open Finance Brazil** and **FAPI**; * Experience in **SCD, IP, or digital banks**, with active partners in production. **Additional Information.** * Work model: **100% in-office**; * Location: **Av.
