Prevent contract amendments or contribute to minimizing them. Guide resolution of medium- and high-complexity/risk issues, with solutions to be defined jointly with contractors. * Prepare documentation for project procurement/tendering; * Conduct technical evaluations of highway expansion projects (e.g., duplication, interchanges, additional lanes, devices, etc.); * Manage functional and executive project contracts; * Ensure compliance with internal governance, Compliance, and management improvement programs; * Ensure concessionaires’ expectations and needs are met; * Ensure Lessons Learned are recorded and disseminated, securing corporate know\-how. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Knowledge of highway projects; Experience in Project Management for Road Infrastructure; Driver’s license CNH “B” – Availability for travel; Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Specialization / Postgraduate degree in Project Management; Availability to work in Jundiaí/SP – Hybrid work model. **You’ll stand out if you have:** BIM knowledge is desirable. **Additional Information** By joining our integrated team, you will become part of a company present in **13 states** across Brazil, moving thousands of people daily by providing comprehensive mobility solutions that generate positive societal impact.
