**Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties**
* Responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling maintenance activities, budget management, and contract management;
* Plan, control, and optimize maintenance, budgeting, and contracting processes, ensuring operational reliability and optimization of AXIA Norte’s hydroelectric generation assets;
* Develop, consolidate, and monitor the Machine Shutdown Program (PPM) for the Tucuruí Hydroelectric Power Plant;
* Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, corrective, and opportunistic maintenance interventions, ensuring alignment with engineering and reliability strategies;
* Ensure availability of resources (personnel, equipment, services, and materials) required to execute scheduled activities;
* Monitor data entry, updates, and data quality in corporate maintenance management systems (SAP PM);
* Coordinate failure analysis, propose improvements, and provide technical support to operational areas to increase asset availability and reliability;
* Integrate and align PPCM requirements with Operational, Engineering, Procurement, Safety, and Environmental areas;
* Develop, review, and monitor the annual budget for the Executive Production Management of Hydroelectric Generation (OPEX and CAPEX);
* Control budget execution, performing variance analyses, forecasts, risk assessments, and opportunity identification;
* Support the structuring of investment and asset renewal projects, ensuring alignment with corporate and regulatory guidelines;
* Support the preparation of terms of reference, technical specifications, and baseline documents for procurement and acquisition of goods and services;
* Monitor procurement processes and provide technical support to procurement areas;
* Support Managers or Technical Contract Supervisors for maintenance, specialized service, and supply contracts;
* Control scope, schedule, costs, measurements, performance, and contractual compliance;
* Promote contractual risk management and engage with suppliers to mitigate deviations;
* Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and compliance requirements;
* Coordinate the deployment of the Strategic Plan within the Executive Production Management of Hydroelectric Generation;
* Monitor operational, financial, and maintenance performance indicators (KPIs);
* Interact with internal areas, promoting integration among technical, operational, and financial information.

**Mandatory Requirements**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Control and Automation, Civil Engineering, or related fields;
* Active registration with CREA (Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy);
* Experience in Project Management and in maintenance planning and control within industrial environments, preferably in hydroelectric generation;
* Experience in OPEX and CAPEX budget management, and in contract management and supervision;
* Knowledge of ANEEL’s Electric Sector Asset Control Manual (MCPSE);
* Familiarity with methodologies such as RCM, FMEA, PDCA, failure analysis, and asset reliability;
* Experience with SAP ERP modules PM, MM, PS, and FI;
* Proficiency in MS Project and advanced Office tools, especially Excel and Power BI;
* Experience in asset performance analysis and maintenance indicators;
* Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations governing the electric power sector;
* Willingness to travel;
* Residency in or willingness to relocate to Tucuruí-PA.
**Desirable Requirements**
* Postgraduate degree or MBA in Maintenance Engineering, Production, Asset Management, Project Management, or related fields;
* Professional certifications such as: Asset Management – ISO 55000, CAPM or PMP (PMI), Yellow Belt or Green Belt (Lean/Six Sigma);
* Certification in reliability (RCM, failure analysis, FMEA);
* Familiarity with asset management methodologies, audits, and standards such as ISO 14001, 55000, ISO 9001, applicable NRs, and maintenance best practices;
* Knowledge of supervisory systems, automation, or typical UHE equipment (hydromechanical, electromechanical, instrumentation);
* Participation in modernization or repowering projects for generating units;
* Analytical capability and data-driven decision-making;
* Clear communication with multiple departments and stakeholders;
* Organizational skills, sense of priority, and systemic vision;
* Results orientation, continuous improvement, and governance;
* Proactivity and collaborative attitude;
* Alignment with occupational safety practices;
* Leadership profile;
* Resilience and ability to work in a dynamic environment with high demand volumes and results focus.
