They work in a collaborative environment to build advanced technologies that help our clients navigate the digital financial landscape more intelligently and effectively. **What You’ll Do:** * Develop and implement artificial intelligence-based solutions, including: * Generative AI: Develop and implement generative models, with a focus on building agents based on the Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture. * Prompt Engineering: Create and optimize effective prompts to guide generative AI models, ensuring instructions are clear, specific, and aligned with desired objectives—facilitating relevant and useful responses. Also conduct ongoing testing to improve response accuracy. * Machine Learning: Apply knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms, as well as model validation techniques. * Natural Language Processing (NLP): Employ NLP techniques to analyze and process textual data effectively. * Data Analysis: Manipulate and analyze large datasets using appropriate tools and frameworks such as Pandas and NumPy. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and optimize processes and systems through AI utilization. * Conduct detailed technical analyses and diagnostics to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of developed solutions. * Document development processes and system architectures to promote transparency and continuity within the team. * Ensure compliance with company-established quality and security standards, contributing to solution integrity. **What You Need:** * Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C\+\+. * Knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch. * Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data analytics tools. * Ability to work with large volumes of data and optimize algorithms. * Capacity to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams. **What Would Be Great to Have (Desirable):** * Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools. * Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision. * Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. * Certifications in artificial intelligence or related fields. * Knowledge of API development and integration. * Experience with serverless architecture, such as Azure Functions and Azure Web Apps. * Knowledge of API security and authentication/authorization processes including SSO, JWT tokens, and OAuth2\. **Our Culture:** Our aspiration is to move money and information in a way that moves the world.
